Museum of Science and Industry

On Friday the 21st of November I went to the Museum of Science and Industry with my friend Kris at around 10 Am, and we stayed util around 5 or 6 PM. The first things we looked at was the giant toy train track. It is so big that I couldn't even really get a decent picture from the second story (but Im gonna add the picture I got anyway).

We saw a lot of really cool things, including an x-ray of a nebula, and a whole swarm of Christmas trees inspired by different cultures. The nebula was really cool, but some of the Christmas trees were disappointing because they displayed stereotypes that aren't even true at all. For example, the tree inspired by Belgium had a bunch of waffles on it. Waffles weren't even invented in Belgium! However, most of the trees were pretty cool, and I got a picture in front of the Japan one (my cover picture).

Regardless of a few inaccuracies, the museum was a lot of fun, and I enjoyed myself a lot (to the point of briefly considering becoming a physics major, but then I remembered that involves a lot of math). I would definitely go again, though I will probably explore a different museum next year.
